Welcome to my Clientele

Making the decision to seek spiritual treatment is a personal one. I know you have choices of spiritual practitioners, ministers, coaches, mentors or teachers, and I appreciate your confidence in me.

The relationship between minister and client is proven to be the most important factor in the ultimate success of any type of spiritual treatment. To ensure mutual understanding, I'd like to provide my policies and procedures.

Nature and Length of Spiritual Treatment

There is no formula to determine the length of your ongoing spiritual treatment. This will be determined by your needs, preferences, resources and the nature of your spiritual goals, as well as your commitment and participation.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is the foundation of spiritual consultations. As an ordained minister in association with International Metaphysical Ministry, I follow guidelines for the highest ethical and moral standards and as set forth by the Metaphysical Ministry.

There are situations where I am bound by law to reveal information obtained during a session without your permission. These situations include:

1. If you disclose to me your intention to inflict bodily harm to yourself or to another person, present a danger to property, or are gravely disabled.

2. If you disclose physical abuse or neglect and/or sexual assault of a minor child, dependent adult, or elderly person.

Confidentiality of email, Cell Phone, and Fax Communication:

Please be aware that the privacy and confidentiality of such communications are vulnerable to unauthorized access. Emails in particular are vulnerable due to the fact that servers have unlimited and direct access to all emails that go through them. Faxes can easily be sent to the wrong number.

Couple or Group Energy Healing Sessions

At times when you have elected to schedule a session involving two or more parties (such as the energy healing/spiritual clearing treatment of a couple or a small group), while I would wish to, I could not guarantee confidentiality among the participants (i.e. secrets).

Therefore, the nature of these couple and group sessions will be strictly of a non-interactive energy treatment only, unlike the more interactive, personal spiritual coaching, mentoring or consulting sessions. I will have the telephone lines muted to prevent cross-talk. You and your partner or group will be asked to provide only generic information, such as your names and the spiritual reason for your energy healing.

In these type sessions, I will metaphysically treat the couple or the group with an energy healing or clearing based on the spiritual intuitive reading I receive and that I may or may not choose to disclose.

Nature of my Healings

My role as a minister of healing includes the providing of spiritual/metaphysical consultation, mentoring, or coaching. My sessions, though intuitive by nature, are not of the commonly held view of "psychic readings". Therefore I will not answer questions about the location of objects such as lost wills or jewelry, etc. Nor will I comment on the location or condition of departed souls.

I do not predict the "future". Quantum physics teaches us many things about the nature of reality including the scientifically verifiable fact of uncountable possible futures.

In other words, you have free will and are responsible for creating a healthy, beautiful moment in the "now", which in turn leads you to the next moment and on into what we think of as the future. I absolutely and fully support you by providing powerful spiritual/metaphysical techniques for creating the rich and exciting life you deserve.

There are times when I may receive intuitive impressions about the past, and these can be very healing as they come in context with the spiritual treatment in session. However, I do not guarantee that I will always receive/provide such "intuitive hits", nor should you expect them.

Disclaimer

I am an ordained metaphysical minister. I am not, nor am I to be considered a substitute for an MD, a medical intuitive, medical clinician, or any type of clinician or medical practitioner; I am not, nor am I to be considered a substitute for an attorney or paralegal; and I am not, nor am I to be considered a substitute for a licensed psychotherapist or psychiatrist. Therefore I do not provide medical or healthcare treatment, intuitive medical diagnostics, legal advice, psychiatric or psychological counseling.

Any use of hypnotherapeutic terms and deep meditation techniques in sessions are strictly for your own self-healing practice. It is your choice to determine if using self-hypnosis to condition your mind as you desire is a practice you wish to continue. You are encouraged to do so in an ethical, moral and healthy manner at all times and under all conditions, and as kramic and cosmic law decrees. You are cautioned to cease any such self-treatments if they are no longer useful or in any way become distressing.

If you are currently under a medical physician's care taking prescribed psychotropic pharmaceuticals, you are urged to forego spiritual treatments unless you have written approval by your physician. You are also urged to seek your physician's approval before ever considering the discontinuation of any medical therapy.

This, or any spiritual treatment, should never be considered a legitimate substitute for any type of medical, psychotherapeutic or other licensed treatment or advice. However, it can often be a healing adjunct to other treatments or prove useful in many areas of your life.

If you have any questions about the areas outside my role, you are urged to seek the advice or treatment of either a licensed psychotherapist for clinical emotional/mental/psychological healthcare needs or concerns; a licensed medical doctor, a qualified health practitioner, or a certified or licensed hypnotherapist for clinical/ medical, or physical healthcare needs or concerns; or seek legal counsel for legal issues.

Payment

Payment is due before or at the time of service, payable by cash, money order or credit card. Credit card authorization and processing can be handled for the large group events or private sessions by enrollment online on my website via secure server. For those without computers, enrollment is handled via fax. Forms are available online on my website and on my Fax On Demand extension at toll-free 800 number information line. All payment is final.

No Cancellation Policy

No Cancellation of Appointments: Since I reserve a time specifically for you, and the nature of distant healing does not require your physical presence, I administer the spiritual/metaphysical treatment even if you are unable to keep your appointment. I will do so also if you specifically request to have the treatment administered while you are occupied otherwise. This can be useful for those who are at work, or caring for family members, etc., during the hours and days I have open for sessions. If you have made arrangements for a CD, this will be charged only if the recording is successful and will be sent within the week or so following the session.

No Cancellation of Attendance at Group Sessions: The benefit of distant healing is also effective through the audio recording of sessions. Therefore, if you are unable to attend the class in person, a replay line is made available by my teleconference service and uploaded to a telephone line that you will be made aware of by email after the class. You will have dial-in access between that class and the next one, enabling you to enjoy it listening to it at your convenience should you miss the live call.

Limitations

Litigation Limitations: Due to the priest-penitent nature of the ministerial consulting and spiritual treatment process, and the fact that a client may elect to making a full disclosure regarding many matters of a confidential nature, it is understood that should there be legal proceedings (such as but not limited to divorce and custody disputes, injuries, lawsuits, etc.), neither you nor your attorney, nor anyone else acting on your behalf will call on me to testify in court or at any other proceeding, nor will a disclosure of the spiritual treatment session records be requested.
