Participant Comments on Teleconference Meditation
Retreats

Unsolicited comments come in unexpectedly
from my students and clients who experienced
TeleMeditationRetreats.com teleconferences. You can read them
at What are TeleMeditation
Retreats?
Just what are they talking about? Simple
20-minute guided meditation sessions with a group via telephone.
They, like so many of us, are extremely busy with family,
work and other activities that meditation can easily fall by the
wayside. That is, if we have not set aside the time for regular
practice.
In speaking with my clients about this, I
decided to begin hosting teleconference meditations. The idea was
that if the meditation was already scheduled and all they had
to do was show up, there might be some motivation to continue on a
weekly basis. The response was terrific: 67% of those invited
came to the first call, and it was packed! They consistently
participated in these live calls as weekly retreats that I hosted
for over three months.
Fortunately, most of the audio
recordings were
successful. For a long time, these were archived and are being
released here for the first time. And because people are
requesting I hold these live teleconference retreats again,
I have decided to dedicate an entire website to them:

Hi Donna,
Thanks for sending taped copy of our phone meditation last
week...and, the Good News is almost too good to be true...but it
is!
One of the concerns I expressed was finding the right apartment
for me since nothing seemed to be working. After another busy day,
there was a message from a person I'd been calling, offering a
large two-bedroom main floor apartment complete with
energy-efficient appliances, lots of closet space, a washer/dryer
hook-up and even a dishwasher!! She (Darla) told me she and her
husband wanted to rent to a single woman because there is a nurse
(single) right across the hall.
More Good News: We'd spent that day looking at apartments in
Shepherd (just 5 miles from Mt. Pleasant) and none were available
right now. I loved the little village so much (at first sight)
because it is just like "Mayberry," so now we've been moving
truckloads these past two days and the big move will be tomorrow.
This, for me, is like coming home.
Since I've been overwhelmed with decisions I felt needed to be made
by only me, it's obvious that your very powerful help, including
the reminder to "get myself out of the way," produced such amazing
results. It takes my breath away, literally, so keep reminding
myself to just breathe!
One more bit of good news: David got a call from K-Mart in Holland
while we were driving to Shepherd in response to his application
for work. It's noon-time right now so he plans to return the call
soon. Will keep you posted.
Please share this exciting and wonderful Good News, Donna. Miracles
certainly do occur and as Confucious Says: "Coincidence is God's
way of remaining anonymous."
Love...Peace...Good Will to All,
Maxine |
