A Guided Meditation

Here is the joyous voice message I received from one TeleMeditation participant about his response to the meditation:

"Hello Donna. That was an amazing meditation. I thought from what you were saying that you had actually seen my place. Ha! The similarity between your guided meditation and what's here was just outstanding.

"I have the bench. It's not quite on a cliff but it does overlook the water, the river, which is--from the mountain--just a little bit to the left of the bench. I can see the waves crashing on the ocean - ah, on the beach, not the ocean.

"And I don't have sea lions, but I do have harbor seals that come here. They don't beach themselves, they just swim.

"And when you talked about the trellis--ha!--I built one and put one on down near the labyrinth a couple years ago. and I have honey suckle on the one side and night blooming jasmine on the other. Ha ha ha! Not quite producing hand-sized flowers yet, but maybe someday it will get there. Right now they're doing all they can to survive--ha ha! That's my gardening.

"Anyway, thank you very much. It was a pleaure to go for that short trip with you. And I look forward to hearing you again. So, bye for now, take good care, be well. Namaste."

Audio Guided Meditation Materials

Today's technology has a great impact on the lives of all people. Many new things are introduced into the market in terms of products and services. Even meditation has a different face nowadays.

There are many types of meditation, and included in these types is audio meditation. Just as the word suggests, you can meditate through the use of an audio form. Many years ago, this wasn’t possible, but technology keeps on surprising people with newer and better ways, especially since the advent of the personal MP3 player for taking your sound with you on the go. And meditation is not exempted. I use my iPOD to take with me to the cliffs over the ocean to listen to guided meditations.

There are many audio materials available in my collection from a TeleMeditationRetreats.com teleconference class. If you think that audio meditation will do you good, then what are you waiting for? These audio materials that can be used for your own meditation retreat experience.

Here are some of the audio materials featured on my new web course, Meditation Portal:

- Spring: this uses a basic form of guided imagery to assist individuals who are trying to meditate. The sound of the human voice is able to heal and balance the chakras. Other people who did not participate in the live class found this MP3 recording to be an effective mediation tool. It lasts for about twenty minutes. If you want a soothing experience to rededicate your spiritual practice, this is a very good mediation tool that you can use.

- Open to Receive: if you want to learn to receive the abundance that the universe has to offer you, and feel all wonderful from the inside out, this audio may be just for you. It  can help you in your journey inwards to achieve peaceful serenity from within with the result of becoming a magnet for your desires.

It helps you to retain the refreshing energy of one of the most basic yet powerful of all spiritual concepts. When listen to this audio, you will feel the mystical power running through the group, and be transported to a different spiritual level.

- Spiritual Origins: this is about 20 minutes of relaxing visualizations and concepts designed to album activate your connection with the Life that is your true reason for being.
